Return and Refund Policy

At Silver House By RJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Steps:

  • Kindly notify us within 3 days upon receiving your order if there are any issues with your products.
  • Before returning a damaged or incorrect item, you must first provide us with a video of the unboxing process.
  • Products may be returned within 7 days after they have been received by the customer if they are found to be damaged or defective.

Criteria for Return:

At our store, we strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item due to various reasons. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please read and follow the criteria below:

  1. Unused Items: We only accept returns for items that have not been used. If the product has been used, it will not be considered for a return.

  2. Original Packaging and Tags: The item must be returned in its original packaging with the original invoice and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted for a return.

  3. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition without any scratches or deformities on the surface. We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged or soiled and may send them back to the customer. In such cases, a refund may also be refused.

  4. Jewellery Condition: Jewellery items must be returned in their original condition without any damage or wear and tear. Any jewellery that is not in its original condition will not be eligible for a return.

  5. Time Limit: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product of the product by the customer. Requests for returns made after the stipulated time period will not be considered.

Process for Returning Shipments:

If you wish to return your order, we have a simple and hassle-free process in place for your convenience. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Keep the Package Ready: Please ensure that you pack the items carefully to avoid any damage during transit. You must also include the original invoice that was provided with the shipment.

  2. Contact Customer Care: Get in touch with our friendly customer care team via phone or email to initiate the return process. They will guide you through the process and arrange for the return shipment.

  3. Prepare for Return Shipment: Once the return has been initiated, please keep the package ready for pickup. We will arrange for a courier pickup at the address mentioned on the shipment.

  4. Address for Returns: All returns must be addressed to the following address:

  1. Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Tracking and Confirmation: We recommend that you retain the courier tracking number for the return shipment, as well as the confirmation of receipt from our end.

Note:

We will initiate a refund in the following cases:

  1. Genuine quality issues: If you receive a product that has a genuine quality issue, you may be eligible for a refund. Examples of quality issues include manufacturing defects, incorrect size or color, and damaged items.

  2. Packages lost in transit: If your package is lost in transit and has not been delivered to you within the expected delivery time, we will initiate a refund.

  3. Wrong item shipped: In case we have mistakenly shipped a wrong item to you, we will initiate a refund for the product.
